ARC Europe's service providers handle more than 40 million inbound calls annually. Emergency centre staff manning is carefully planned, using call forecasts and in house training facilities for newly appointed employees. Our call handling systems contain full, comprehensive entitlement instructions for mobility programme. This means that all our entire front line team, as well as our back-up emergency file handlers are able to provide quality service when your customers need to contact us.

Every single call agent is connected to ARC Europe's IT-infrastructure, enabling them to do a quick entitlement check and review of all benefits availabe to the beneficiary. Additionally, we strongly promote the phone home principle for cross border incidents. ARC Europe can easily offer this solution to its business partners, since the emergency centres have access to dispatch information and they can update beneficiaries at any time on the status of their service request, anywhere in Europe.

 

 

Outdoor Operations


ARC Europe's network for Roadside Assistance services consists of more than 40 professional service providers. Most of them do have patrol vehicles (the famous yellow fleet), equipped with diagnostic tools, and in many cases can repair the vehicle at the site of breakdown. This is very important, not only because it impacts customer satisfaction, but also results in substantial savings in terms of replacement vehicles as well as warranty repair costs.

In markets where there is no full patrol network available, services are being rendered by a network of franchised contractors, trained to get the vehicle mobile again or provide towage to an authorised repair facility. Our approach in these markets is also quality driven. In order to ensure high standards are maintained when our own patrols cannot be deployed, all subcontractors of the ARC Europe service providers have to fulfil the rigid and demanding quality levels of the ARC Europe service providers. The subcontractors are regularly inspected and audited by our field team. In the event of an accident, or other misfortune, all ARC service providers and subcontracters carry liability insurance.
