The enhancement of the ARC Europe's capabilities to handle localised assistance calls is a natural extension of the quality of our service.

In the Roadside Assistance field, locating of the customer quickly and immediately dispatching the appropriate resources to fix or handle the specific breakdown are essential to customer satisfaction. By investing in a central telematics platform that can infterface with in-car systems and nomadic devices, and make this important information available to the relevant service providers, ARC Europe is in a position to allow its clients to enjoy these benefits. Because our trained service providers have the required expertise to process this information, the deployment of the right resources is assured. With the increased usage of in-car data and remote diagnostics, we expect to be able to offer even more benefits to our clients in the future. 

For the provision of localised emergeny assistance, appropriate ARC Europe service providers have developed a relationship with the local Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) in the different countries. A local relationship greatly enhances the process in handling these emergency cases. A cross border agreement between the ARC service providers streamlines the process for handling international cases while having at our disposal the local expertise of the service provider where the incident has taken place. In case of emergency, this ensures a first class quality response. ARC Europe service providers have been involved in the local public rescue chain in Europe for many years, as evidenced by the helicopter rescue service (for example) that they operate in different European countries.
